Depok-Students of the Media Production Study Program, Vocational Education Program, Universitas Indonesia visited NOICE on May 25, 2023. NOICE is a technology startup that provides a platform with a focus on providing audio content. NOICE is made by PT Mahaka Radio Integra Tbk (MARI), a company engaged in various fields, such as investment, consulting services, as well as digital media with a subsidiary engaged in the radio sector.
On this occasion, Media Production students studied the work ethic of NOICE. One of NOICE’s Team Talent Management and People Experience, Claudia Angela, explained that the work ethic is an important point in doing a job. She said, “Students need to have a work ethic to give their best performance when completing a job. Of course, work that is supported by a high work ethic will result in maximum performance.”
Claudia also added that NOICE opens internship opportunities for final year students, as well as graduates of Media Production later when they have graduated from UI Vocational. Media Production students can undertake an internship as part of their applied thesis writing during their final year.

Ngurah Rangga Wiwesa, M.I.Kom., Head of the Media Production Study Program, welcomed the internship opportunity provided by NOICE. According to him, Media Production students can learn many things from NOICE, especially in creating audio content. “We hope that NOICE and UI Vocational can establish other collaborations. Not only internships, but also other programs that make it happen link and match between education and industry,” said Rangga.
The activity was closed with an office tour at NOICE. Media Production Students are given the opportunity to see the existing work environment and the work atmosphere in it. Apart from that, the visit also announced the best podcasts which were previously an assignment for the Media Production students.
