Depok – Located in the Serbaguna Room of the Jamkrindo Building, the Batch II Certified Student Internship Program was opened. The event was opened with a sharing session by the Director of HRM, General Affairs and Compliance of Perum Jamkrindo, Sulis Usdoko.
“Internships at Jamkrindo are differentiated by treatment for 6 months. During these 6 months, not only have certificates been obtained but they are ready to work in industry, not just internships and spending hours”, said Sulis Usdoko, as Director of HRM, General Affairs and Compliance. Perum Jamkrindo.
The difference that appears when doing an internship at Perum Jamkrindo with other companies is soft and hard skills training and leadership training.
“At Jamkrindo, certified apprentices will get a leadership camp which is useful for training leadership needed by the world of work. Leadership has nothing to do with the level of position,” he continued.
Erna Zubaeda as the Head of the HRM Division and also the Head of TiM WLC Perum Jamkrindo added that certified student internships are not only centered at the Jamkridno head office but throughout Indonesia.
Fenly Linar as an alumni of the Vocational Education Program Universitas Indonesia said that internships at Jamkrindo are not only studying, sitting in the office, and spending working hours.
“Not only entering, finishing working hours, being trained to improve knowledge, especially about guarantee, internships here will not get experience in other internships”, said Fenly.
The event ended with the signing of a collaboration between Vocationa Education Program UI and Perum Jakrindo.
