The UI Vocational Insurance and Actuarial Administration study program is one of the study programs in Indonesia that continues to strive to produce human resources in the insurance and actuarial fields who are competent and quickly absorbed in the industry every year. To achieve this, the process of curriculum development and learning is also carried out in line with the syllabus from the Association of Indonesian Insurance Management Experts (AAMAI), Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII), and the Indonesian Actuary Association (PAI).

Each graduate will be guided to have various professional certificates, both in the insurance and actuarial fields, such as the Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) and Certificate in Life Insurance (CLI) from AAMAI, several actuary profession exam modules from PAI, and Insurance Underwriting Certification Level 5 from UI Professional Certification Institute (LSP UI).

The Director of the UI Vocational Education Program, Padang Wicaksono, S.E., Ph.D, expressed his pride in the Insurance and Actuarial Administration study program which once again made the name of UI Vocational proud. “After receiving the “Unggul” (“Excellent”) accreditation from BAN-PT, now the Insurance and Actuarial Administration study program has also received the Adiwiyata award from AAMAI as a form of appreciation for graduates in the insurance sector. Of course, UI Vocational will continue to strive to improve the quality of graduates with a number of curriculum developments that involve industry and professional associations in it. So, graduates can be easily absorbed and in accordance with industry needs when they graduate,” said Padang.
