Depok-To welcome new students batch 2022, the Financial and Banking Administration study program, Vocational Education Program, Universitas Indonesia (UI) held a Bank Greeting 2022 event on Monday, September 5, 2022. In addition to the inaugural lecture and welcoming new students, the launch of a BNI card specifically for the Financial Administration and Banking study program was also carried out at the event. This public lecture presented speakers Suprianto, MPA, Head of the Strategic Management Team and LPS Policy Formulation with material entitled “The Role and Functions of the IDIC in Strengthening the Indonesian Banking Sector”; Putu Bagus Kresna, Director of PT BNI Sekuritas with the material “Stock Investment Strategy for Generation Z”; and Abiwodo, SE., MM, Assistant Vice President of Bank BNI who spoke about “Digital Era Banking”.

Head of the Financial and Banking Administration Study Program, Dede Suryanto, S.Sos., M.Si., said that the public lecture that brought practitioners from the industry was also a place to introduce the Financial Administration and Banking study program to new students of the class of 2022. practitioners to give public lectures. I hope that new students can know some basic knowledge of finance and banking before starting lectures in classrooms and laboratories,” explained Dede.

On the same occasion, a ceremony for handing over BNI cards was also held for students of the Financial Administration and Banking study program by Abiwodo, SE., MM. as a representative of Bank BNI to Dede Suryanto, S.Sos., M.Si. and student representatives, Immanuel Orlando, and Hans Nicholas as Chair of the Financial and Banking Administration Student Association.

Padang Wicaksono, S.E., Ph.D, Director of the UI Vocational Education Program appreciated the public lecture that was held. According to him, the knowledge provided by all practitioners present will further expand financial and banking knowledge, especially for new students. “I am grateful for the presence of financial and banking practitioners today. Hopefully what is conveyed can be a provision for them in undergoing lectures in the Financial and Banking Administration study program, UI Vocational.”
