Dra. Sri Susilih, M.Si. pursued her career as a lecturer in the Public Administration Studies at the Department of Administrative Sciences in FISIP UI begins when Prof. Dr. Bhenjamin Hoessein, SH. (expert in local governance / decentralization studies) requires several assistant professors to be able to participate lecturing courses in Urban Administration course in 1989. At that time, the Urban Administration Course is a new course offered to final year students in Public Administration Studies. Urban Administration course is discussing city / urban which seen from the aspect of administrative / legal in terms of citiy that have received the status of a government of laws and regulations (in this case the city meets the criteria of the functional aspects of the city). Since 2011, she became the coordinator of the course after Prof. Dr. Bhenjemin Hoessein, SH. completing his service period in educational field.
Her master was completed in Public Administration Studies Program FISIP UI with concentration in Public Policy in 2005. At the same year, she prompted by Drs. Moh. Riduansyah, M.Si. to manage Administration Studies of Program Diploma 3 in FISIP UI as Head of Study Program in Office Administration & Secretary.
Her position as Head of Office Administration & Secretary Study Program is carried until 2014. In that year, there is a change of leadership in Vocational Program Universitas Indonesia. According to the new policy of the leader, Sri Susilih began her new job as Secretary of Department in Business, Tourism, and Office Studies. She, which was born on 6 Juni 1961, took her new job and kept the principle that taken from a part of a poem by the great poet, WS. Renda: “….. because the task is a task, not for the sake of heaven or hell, but for the sake of honor as a human being …..” (WS. Renda).
