Retirement is one of the career journey cycles that every employee will go through. Retirement is an important moment for an employee. As a form of appreciation for dedication and contribution over the years of service, the Universitas Indonesia (UI) Vocational Education Program provides appreciation to education personnel who will enter retirement in 2024. This appreciation was given by the Director of the University of Indonesia Vocational Education Program, Padang Wicaksono, S.E., Ph.D, along with a capacity building event for lecturers and education personnel in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara at the end of October 2024. In addition to improving the emotional well-being of employees who will retire, this appreciation also aims to strengthen the relationship between employees and the organization, as well as provide appreciation for the contributions that have been made while serving in the Universitas Indonesia Vocational Education Program.
