Depok-The Office Administration study program in the Vocational Education Program at the Universitas Indonesia (UI) conducted a field assessment for accreditation by the Independent Accreditation Institute for Social, Political, Administrative, and Communication Sciences (LAMSPAK) on February 5, 2026. This activity is a crucial part of efforts to improve the quality of vocational education at UI.
The field assessment was conducted by two LAMSPAK assessors, namely Dr. Reni Shinta Dewi, S.Sos., M.Si. and Dr. Dedi Herdiansyah, S.E., M.Si. During the activity, the assessors conducted a series of document verifications, discussions with heads of study program management units, lecturers, education staff, students, alumni, and graduate users, to ensure the compliance with the implementation of the tridharma of higher education, governance, and graduate learning outcomes.

The Director of the UI Vocational Education Program, Dr. Safrin Arifin, SKM., S.St., M.Sc., stated that this field assessment is a strategic opportunity to demonstrate UI Vocational’s commitment to maintaining and improving the quality of education relevant to the needs of the workforce. Safrin said, “This field assessment serves as a means of reflection and comprehensive evaluation for us. UI Vocational continues to strive to ensure that all study programs run according to national and international quality standards, and are able to produce graduates who are superior, innovative, and have an impact on society.”

In line with this, the Head of the Office Administration Study Program, Mila Viendyasari, S.Sos., M.Si., emphasized that the entire academic community had thoroughly prepared for this assessment process. “We view the field assessment as an opportunity to obtain constructive feedback from the assessors. The results of this process will serve as a basis for us to strengthen the study program’s governance, educational quality, curriculum, and academic services, so that it becomes more adaptive to developments in the world of office administration and industry needs,” said Mila.
This field assessment activity also involved industrial partners as users of graduates, namely Ali Soemawilaga, Head of Human Capital Management of PT Produksi Film Negara (Persero), and Aida Firdausi, Analyst of Strategic Planning & Business Development of PT Perta Daya Gas. The presence of these partners provided a world of work perspective on the relevance of the curriculum, graduate competencies, and the readiness of Office Administration students to face dynamic industry needs, while strengthening the synergy between vocational education and the professional sector.

Through this activity, the Office Administration study program hopes to achieve the best accreditation results. Furthermore, this field assessment activity is also in line with UI Vocational’s commitment to supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 4 on Quality Education, SDG 8 on Decent Work and Economic Growth, and SDG 16 on Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions. Through this accreditation process, UI Vocational strives to ensure the provision of superior education, relevant to industry needs, and having a real impact on society.
