Our client, a well-known national construction company today is in dire need of recruiting qualified, dynamic and highly motivated professionals in capacities such as:

 

SECRETARY

 

Reporting directly to the Director, the appointed candidate will perform general secretarial duties. These tasks may include but are not limited to scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing presentations, making travel arrangements and coordinating work with internal and external parties.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • A minimum diploma degree from a reputable college.
  • Minimum 1 year as a secretary or personal assistant.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple Executive tasks and schedules.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of English proficiency.

  • Indonesian citizens with a maximum age of 25 years
