The Vocational Education Program of the Universitas Indonesia has planted various tree seedlings around the campus. The plants planted minimize water use. These plants are resistant to dry conditions. Thus, water use can still be saved, but does not damage the plants in the campus area to wilt or die. Some of the trees planted in the UI Vocational area include jackfruit, guava, water apple, lime, soursop, lime, longan, jamblang, lobi-lobi, sapodilla, custard apple, matoa, star fruit, avocado, breadfruit, mango, and others.
