One of the important aspects to maintain workforce productivity is to conduct periodic evaluations of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) within the company. Physiotherapy-based K3 treatment is able to provide preventive efforts against the occurrence of physical health problems of employees in the office workplace such as muscle pain, joints and other anatomical disorders caused by microtraumatic. Microtraumatic is a physical disorder due to an asymmetrical static load from the body for a long time, which can cause musculoskeletal disorder (MDS). The triggering factors for microtrauma in the office are the result of 1) improper use of work tools, 2) workspace facilities that ignore ergonomic aspects and 3) incorrect work posture. The impact of prolonged microtraumatic pain complaints can result in decreased body function and pose a wider risk of health problems. Furthermore, the impact will decrease employee performance which will ultimately be detrimental to the company’s business. In order to implement the tridharma of higher education, the Physiotherapy Laboratory of the Ul Vocational Program organizes a community service program aimed at office workers through the Physiotherapy-Based K3 Education Program. This program is very useful for companies to evaluate and improve the quality of SMK3 in the office work environment referring to the Minister of Health Regulation No. 48 of 2016 concerning Office K3 Standards. In addition to educating employees, the physiotherapy medical team also provides on-site physiotherapy clinical assistance for employees in need. This program only lasts until March 31, 2018 and will be closed if interested parties exceed the quota limit. If your company is interested, immediately contact tel/whatsapp 085813899553 / 0811964346 for registration and more information. Healthy Greetings… Greetings Productive!
