Depok-Tax Administration Study Program, Vocational Education Program, Universitas Indonesia (UI) together with the UI Vocational Taxation Student Association again held Taxaction 2022—a community service program in the form of free tax consultations. Taxaction is an activity that is held annually, especially for filling out the Annual Income Tax Return (SPT) of Personal Income Tax (Fiscal Year 2021).
“Taxaction 2022 is the ninth year this free tax consultation program is being held by the Vocational Education Program. This year, the implementation held in hybrid, online and offline,” said Head of UI Public Relations Bureau, Amelita Lusia, M.Sc. For those who wish to consult offline, taxpayers must fill out the registration form at the link https://bit.ly/PendaftaranKonsultasi-KlinikPajak and wait for confirmation from the tax volunteer. Taxpayers who have received confirmation can attend the UI Vocational Tax Clinic, 1st Floor Business Center Building, UI Vocational Education Program, UI Depok Campus, according to the specified schedule. If you want to get offline consultation services, taxpayers are asked to obey the health protocol.
Taxpayers who wish to conduct online consultations can register at the link https://bit.ly/TaxAction2022-Umum. General taxpayers will be contacted via WhatsApp, while UI academic taxpayers can directly join the Zoom Meeting ID provided by the faculty. Taxpayers who join the Zoom room are asked to fill out a link to determine the queue number (specifically for UI academics). Next, taxpayers are directed to the main consultation room to consult with tax volunteers.

“It is held throughout March 2022. To optimize the provision of benefits to taxpayers, we also provide offline consultation facilities,” said Head of the UI Vocational Tax Administration Study Program, Thesa Adi Purwanto, S.Sos., MTI. In addition to depositing and reporting SPT Annually, UI Vocational Tax Clinic provides other services extensively.
To obtain this service, taxpayers must prepare several files, including the electronic filing identification number (EFIN), taxpayer identification number (NPWP), identity card (KTP), family card (KK), 2021 withholding evidence, financial statements (for those who have a business), and recapitulation of gross turnover (for lawyers, actuaries, consultants, accountants, notaries, doctors, and architects).
A total of 80 tax volunteers consisting of lecturers, students, and other supporting staff were involved in this activity. In addition to UI academics and the general public, this tax consultation was also addressed to several UI Vocational partners, including PT Nestle Indonesia, PT Bukalapak, PT Pertamina, and startup ULA. This activity is also in collaboration with the Tax Service Office, namely Depok Sawangan Primary Tax Office, Depok Cimanggis Primary Tax Office, Bogor Primary Tax Office, and Cileungsi Primary Tax Office.

The Director of the UI Vocational Education Program, Padang Wicaksono, S.E., Ph.D, said this activity made it easier for the public to report as taxpayers. “I hope that the UI academics, cooperation partners, and the general public can receive the same benefits to carry out their obligations as taxpayers,” he said.

The schedule for online general consultation services is carried out on 5, 12, 19, 26, and 28 March at 13.00–16.30 Western Indonesian Time (WIB); 24 March at 08.00-12.00 WIB; March 25 at 07.30–11.30 WIB; March 29, 08.00–20.00 WIB; March 30, 08.00-17.00 WIB; and March 31, 08.00–24.00 WIB. Meanwhile, face-to-face consultations are held on March 1–31 at 09.00–16.30 WIB during weekdays (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays the service is omitted).
