Early Recruitment Program (ERP) 2014

The University of Indonesia Vocational Program is a Diploma program that produces graduates who are ready to work in industry. To realize the creation of the need for industry and the results of graduates of the Vocational Program, cooperation is carried out with the financial and banking industries, including with PT. Bank CIMB Niaga bridges this by holding an Early Recruitment Program (ERP) for graduates of the D3 Vocational program at the University of Indonesia, especially for graduates of the Administration Study Program (Finance and Banking, Tax, Secretary and Office, Insurance and Actuary). and the Accounting Study Program in the UI Vocational environment. Apart from the Administration and Accounting Study Program, the interest of the Hospital Study Program also attracted interest from the Hospital Study Program to be ready to work according to the needs and positions that have been offered by the Finance and Banking industry, in this case by PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. In this ERP, it has been carried out through the process of collecting Data from Administrative files (Application Letter and Curriculum Vitae), conducting written tests (Administration and English), Psychotest and Leaderless Group Interview/Interview directly with HR from PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk.The ERP activity was opened with remarks from Mr. Drs. Kusnar Budi, M.Bus from the Financial Administration and Banking Study Program which was then continued by Mrs. Aan Chaerani representing the Human Resources Team from Bank CIMB Niaga. The ERP process was carried out in August 2014 at the Vocational Building of the University of Indonesia, CIMB Niaga Mini Bank Laboratory with a total of 26 participants and 24 people passed the written test.
