In order to strengthen cooperation between management, lecturers and employees of the UI Vocational Program, a capacity building event was held with the theme “Vocational Rise Up”. The event was held in Kuningan, Cirebon on August 13-15, 2014. The briefing from the motivator, Mr. Agung Fatwa was in the form of motivation to increase enthusiasm in work and increase confidence. Mr. Agung conveyed it in an attractive package with the theme “Breaking The Habits Training & Excellent Service”. Group dynamics events are held by organizing various games that require the collaboration of the entire team. All elements in the UI Vocational Program blend to achieve one common goal.
