FINAL EXAM OF THE CITIZENSHIP SEMESTER – TOURISM STUDY PROGRAM CURRENT SITUATION OF THE CURRENT SITUATION Tourism Vocational Students Class B University of Indonesia presented a theatrical performance as the final exam of the semester with the big theme ‘The Current Situation of Nationality’ and the subtheme: ‘Super Power of the DPR”. This theme was chosen as a form of student concern after the ratification of the revision of the MPR, DPR, DPD, DPRD Law (MD3 Law) some time ago. The storyline begins with the ratification of the MD3 Law by President SBY (at that time) to the tough revision process in the House of Representatives and was passed in early 2018 by the House of Representatives even though it was not signed by President Joko Widodo. This polemic led students to protest and ended in chaos. The scene closes with the students’ confusion seeing the current political situation which is full of uncertainty. However, hope and optimism remain and the state still needs the role of students for the life of the nation and state of Indonesia in the future. The performance was closed by taking a photo with the lecturer of Citizenship, Luluk Lukmiyati, S.Sos, M.Si who is also active as a news presenter at Jaktv.
