Depok-The Universitas Indonesia (UI) Vocational Education Program held the inauguration of the 2026 KITA Cabinet Structural Officials on January 30, 2026, at the UI Vocational Auditorium. This event marked a crucial milestone in the leadership regeneration process and strengthened organizational governance within the UI Vocational.
The inauguration and oath-taking ceremony was led by the Director of the UI Vocational Education Program, Dr. Safrin Arifin, SKM., S.St., M.Sc., and accompanied by religious leaders of each of the inaugurated structural officials’ respective religions. The atmosphere was solemn and meaningful, reflecting a spirit of devotion and commitment to the advancement and excellence of UI Vocational, which has a real impact.

In his remarks, Safrin emphasized that this inauguration was not merely a ceremonial event, but a strategic milestone for the organization’s sustainability. Safrin said, “The mandate given to the officials inaugurated today is a form of trust and a great responsibility to shape the KITA Cabinet into one that is globally competitive, excels in innovation, and makes a real contribution to national development.”
Safrin also emphasized that structural positions are a form of service that must be carried out with integrity, collaboration, and high dedication in serving the academic community and the wider community. “This position is not about position, but about dedication, integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to service,” Safrin added.

On the same occasion, the UI Vocational also expressed its appreciation to the structural officials for the 2022–2026 period who have completed their terms of service admirably. Gratitude was expressed for their tangible contributions, dedication, and the foundation of programs they have built to support the advancement of the UI Vocational.
A special award was also given to retired education staff member Ridwan Endang Kartiwa, S.IP., M.Sc., General Manager, Facilities and Infrastructure for the 2022–2026 period. For his 33 years of dedication to the UI Vocational Education Program and the Universitas Indonesia, he received the highest respect from the leadership and all attendees.

Closing his remarks, Safrin urged all members of the 2026 KITA Cabinet to maintain the spirit of unity, innovation, collaboration, and solutions in facing future challenges. “Let us continue this struggle with the same commitment, to realize a KITA Cabinet that is increasingly innovative, strong, inclusive, beneficial, globally competitive, and makes a real contribution to national development,” he said.
Through this inauguration, UI Vocational strives to strengthen institutional leadership, improve the quality of educational services, and expand its positive impact on society and the industrial world.
