Depok-UI Vocational Education Program won five awards at the peak of the 72nd Anniversary of the Universitas Indonesia (UI) which was held online on February 22, 2022 with the theme “UI Serves for National Independence.” At this year’s celebration, UI simultaneously launched a Satellite Clinic on the Salemba Campus, Jakarta.
Like the previous year, this year’s UI Anniversary was also enlivened by various competitions for the academic community, including lecturers, staffs, alumni, and students. The entire series of activities will be held on February 2, 2022 – February 22, 2022.
The various competitions are Virtual Healthy Walking Competition, Singing Competition, Video Clip Competition, Instagram Reels Video Competition, and UI Community and Citizen Awards Contributing to Efforts to Serve for National Independence. UI also held a UI News Writing competition for Mass Media Journalists in the context of the 72nd Anniversary of UI’s Anniversary with the writing theme “UI Serves for National Independence.”
UI Vocational participated in all these competitions and managed to win in all competition categories, namely 1st Place in the Virtual Healthy Walking Competition (UI Vocational education staff); 2nd Place in Video Clip Competition (Student Association of Media Production Study Program); 2nd Place in Instagram Reels Video Competition (on behalf Uggasena Ariya Saputra – Tourism Business Management Study Program Student); and 1st Place in a Singing Competition in the Duo Category (on behalf British Naftali Sumual & Ayda Prasasti Paraningratu – Multimedia Broadcasting Study Program Student).
On the same occasion, UI Vocational succeeded in receiving an award as a faculty with the largest number of support partners for the Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) in 2021. UI Vocational managed to record as many as 98 partners in supporting MBKM activities.
