The KINETIK Sweef Entrepreneurs Program, an initiative by The Sweef Institute, supports women entrepreneurs and women-supporting businesses with the knowledge, networks, and operational support needed to grow in Indonesia’s green economy. The program will train 200+ small businesses, with selected fellows receiving long-term consulting and growth support.

KINETIK Sweef Entrepreneurs Program is looking for outstanding talents to join full-time internship starting May 2026.
In this role, you will work closely with the KINETIK Sweef Entrepreneurs Program team and be placed with fellow companies to support CEOs and leadership teams on strategic and operational initiatives. From driving execution to improving performance, you will contribute directly to the growth of climate-focused businesses in Indonesia.
