The following is attached information regarding the taking of diplomas and transcripts. Please first read the requirements for taking the diploma, then please fill out the registration form https://forms.gle/3UuCRCoz4k2BAHBH8 .
Requirements for taking diplomas and transcripts:
1. Bring OFFICIAL STANDARD Photographs – BLACK WHITE Doff (rough) size 3×4 (2 sheets);
2. PHOTOS facing forward (straight), NO EYES, LOOK AT RIGHT LEFT EARS (except for those who wear headscarves);
3. Have completed all administrative matters (BOP, Library, etc.)
To avoid the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the taking of diplomas and transcripts for each study program is adjusted to the room that has been set as follows.
