- Honesty. Uprightness, sincerity, speaking and acting truthfully, not lying, not cheating, not corruption, not cheating, which in its implementation is accompanied by a straight attitude, wise wisdom and based on nobility. Honesty also covers all academic and non-academic activities.
- Just and Fair. Providing equal opportunities and treatment in a fair and non-discriminatory manner for every citizen in carrying out their respective duties, including in developing academic activities and other activities, is not based on considerations of racial, ethnic, religious, gender, marital status, age, disability, and sexual orientation.
- Trustworthiness. Behave and behave trustworthily and can be trusted in carrying out the mandate and in carrying out every activity or obligation.
- Dignity and/or Respect. Treat everyone with respect, humaneness, adherence to the norms of decency, propriety, or propriety in any situation.

- Academic Freedom and Scientific Autonomy. Upholding academic freedom, which is the obligation to maintain and advancing science, upholding the freedom of the academic pulpit, namely the freedom to express thoughts and opinions within the Ul environment and in other academic forums.
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations (Compliance to Laws). Carry out all activities within UI by complying with all applicable regulations.
