Biography

Faizah Abdullah, S.St., S.Ft., M.Biomed., completed her associate degree at the Physiotherapy Study Program, Vocational Education Program, Universitas Indonesia in 2010. She then continued her studies at the Physiotherapy Study Program, Faculty of Physiotherapy, Esa Unggul University in 2010 and managed to get two degrees, namely a bachelor of applied science and a bachelor of physiotherapy in 2012. Two years later, Faizah began taking her master’s program at the Masters Program in Biomedical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia and successfully graduated in 2017 with her thesis entitled “The Role of Aerobic Physical Exercise, Model Environmental Enrichment (EE) and its Combination on Spatial Memory of Male Wistar Mice: A Study of Neuroligin-1 and PSD-95 Protein Expression”.

Right after completing her undergraduate studies, Faizah began actively teaching as an extraordinary lecturer since 2013 and began joining as a permanent lecturer in 2018 at the Physiotherapy Study Program, Vocational Education Program, Universitas Indonesia. Faizah herself has expertise in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Women’s Health Physiotherapy.
