Biography
Dra. Amelita Lusa, M.Si. is a lecturer in the Public Relations study program, Vocational Education Program, Universitas Indonesia. She completed her undergraduate education from the Communication Studies study program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Indonesia in 1991 and American Regional Studies, Graduate School, Universitas Indonesia in 2004. Prior to returning to her alma mater, Amelita had a career in journalism and public relations. She lived a journalistic career as a student as a freelance writer (1988-1989). Her writings have been published in Kompas, Dewi Magazine, The Jakarta Post, and Matra Magazine. At the same time, she is listed as the general leader of Inspirasi, a Catholic student magazine throughout the Archdiocese of Jakarta. Currently, Amelita is listed as a member of the Indonesian Communication Graduate Association, the International Public Relations Association (IPRA), and Public Relations.
