HUMAN CAPITAL INTERN
\nRequirements
\n\u2022 Fresh Graduate majoring in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management\/other relevant majors from a reputable university
\n\u2022 Familiar with the STAR interview method
\n\u2022 Able to do massive sourcing by utilizing any platforms (such as Jobstreet, Glints, LinkedIn and other social media)
\n\u2022 Savvy in using simple design tools (Canva, Photopea, Adobe Photoshop, or others)
\n\u2022 Having good and effective communication skills both in English and Bahasa
\n\u2022 Able to operate simple formulas in Ms. Excel
\n\u2022 A solid self-starter and agile team player
\nWhat Will You Do
\n\u2022 Support the recruitment process for Point of Sales (POS) and other positions at similar levels, including the sourcing, screening, initial call\/interview, scheduling and reporting
\n\u2022 Support the onboarding process for POS and similar-level positions
\n\u2022 Support in HC administrative tasks, such as onboarding kits stock-taking, preparation and delivery to employee
\n\u2022 Support in creating job vacancy design, internal employee activity announcement design and others<\/p>\n

SALES DATA ADMIN INTERN
\nRequirements:
\n\u2022 Final year student or bachelor\u2019s degree in any major from a reputable university
\n\u2022 Able to operate Ms. Excel Formulas, including but not limited to Pivot Tables, Count If\/s, Sum If\/s, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP and filtering
\n\u2022 Familiar with Google Suites (Docs, Sheets and Forms)
\n\u2022 Familiar with PowerPoint, including the ability to create compelling presentation materials
\n\u2022 Numerical solid aptitude and the ability to work with data tables
\n\u2022 Discipline in reporting in accordance with the established timetable
\n\u2022 A keen eye for details
\n\u2022 Demonstrate initiative, proactiveness and problem solving<\/p>\n

What Will You Do
\n\u2022 Take charge of data upload and precision-driven outreach for Sales Leads
\n\u2022 Ensure accuracy and precision in data entry and reporting
\n\u2022 Execute daily updates of data monitoring
\n\u2022 Effectively organize and structure data to facilitate efficient analysis and decision-making
\n\u2022 Craft presentation materials using the insights and data generated from reports<\/p>\n

ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE INTERN
\nPersyaratan
\n\u2022 Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate dari jurusan Ekonomi, Akuntansi, Manajemen atau jurusan relevan.
\n\u2022 Memahami dasar-dasar Administrasi dan Akuntansi
\n\u2022 Menguasai penggunaan Excel, Word (Ms. Office)
\n\u2022 Teliti, analitis, dan memiliki kemampuan berpikir logis.
\n\u2022 Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
\n\u2022 Demonstrate initiative, proactiveness and problem solving<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Berhubungan dengan Internal team untuk menyelesaikan masalah penagihan dalam hal kelengkapan dokumen
\n\u2022 Memantau akun pelanggan dan secara proaktif menindaklanjuti pembayaran atas invoice yang belum dibayar.
\n\u2022 Berkolaborasi dengan tim Kasir untuk menjaga catatan keuangan\/penerimaan dana dari customer dan settlement dengan invoice yang akurat
\n\u2022 Memverifikasi penerimaan dari transaksi pembayaran
\n\u2022 Pembuatan dan Pengiriman invoice ke Customer
