After completing her studies, Penny started her career at PT. Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri, a subsidiary of PT. Austindo as assistant corporate secretary. She then decided to continue her master&#8217;s studies at the Universitas Indonesia in the Management Science study program, specifically marketing communication, Faculty of Economics. She graduated in 2012 with her scientific work on the topic of music &amp; entertainment marketing. This scientific work was successfully presented at an international conference in the field of Economics and Business at Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea and published in 2014 in the South East Asian Management Journal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Her career in the field of public relations &amp; marketing communication has developed since working as Head of Public Relations at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Indonesia in 2009-2019. Her interest in teaching began in 2011. She teaches communication at several universities, including the Vocational Education Program, Universitas Indonesia. Setelah menyelesaikan studinya, Penny memulai karirnya di PT. Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri, anak perusahaan PT. Austindo sebagai <em>assistant corporate secretary.\u00a0<\/em>Ia kemudian memutuskan untuk melanjutkan studi magisternya di Universitas Indonesia pada program studi Ilmu Manajemen, kekhususan <em>marketing communication,\u00a0<\/em>Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Ia lulus pada 2012 dengan karya ilmiahnya yang mengangkat topik <em>music & entertainment marketing<\/em>. Karya ilmiah ini berhasil dipresentasikan dalam konferensi internasional bidang Ekonomi dan Bisnis di Sungkyunkwan University, Korea Selatan dan dipublikasikan pada 2014 di <em>South East Asian Management Journal.<\/em><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kariernya di bidang\u00a0<em>public relations & marketing communication<\/em> berkembang sejak berkarya sebagai Kepala Hubungan Masyarakat di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer, Universitas Indonesia pada 2009-2019. Ketertarikannya pada bidang pengajaran pun telah dimulai sejak 2011. Ia mengajar bidang komunikasi di beberapa universitas, termasuk di Program Pendidikan Vokasi, Universitas Indonesia.
