In 2006, Heri was transferred to Deputy Head of the Computer Service Center and the FE UI Network and in 2007 was appointed Head of the FEUI Computer and Network Service Center (Head of PLJK-FEUI). Pada 2006, Heri dipindahtugaskan menjadi Wakil Kepala Pusat Layanan Komputer dan Jaringan FE UI dan pada 2007 diangkat menjadi Kepala Pusat Layanan Komputer dan Jaringan FEUI (Kepala PLJK-FEUI).
