Depok-Putri Anindya Ravinta, a student of the Media Production study program, Vocational Education Program, Universitas Indonesia (UI) won 1st place in 2023 Universitas Indonesia Major Most Outstanding Student Diploma Level which took place on Monday, April 10, 2023, at the Convention Hall UI, Depok Campus, West Java. Putri will represent UI in the 2023 Diploma Level National Most Outstanding Student Selection through regional and national selection stages.
Putri was selected after going through a rigorous selection and assessment process, consisting of four indicators, namely: innovative products, English skills, excellent achievements and CV, and a psychological test. Putri succeeded in achieving this achievement after competing with other participants along with her two colleagues, Shaquilla Adelya Putri and Kayla Ghassani Arrayyan.

The presentation of the award was carried out directly by the Deputy Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs at UI, Prof. Dr. err. nat. Abdul Haris was attended by the Director of Student Affairs, Abdul Munir., Ph.D. as well as the Heads of Sub-Directorate within the UI Directorate of Student Affairs.
“I really didn’t expect to be at this stage. After going through various selections, finally I was able to get the award. I want to thank the people around me who never stop supporting me,” said Putri. She mentioned that he received many lessons while participating in the Most Outstanding Student activities, including time management, public speaking, and problem solving. “My biggest challenge is time management. It is because I need to divide my time between academics, organizational activities, and preparation for the Most Outstanding Student competition. I learned a lot from this competition to be able to set priorities as a student,” said Putri who is also the Vice Chair of the Media Production Student Association.
The Director of the UI Vocational Education Program, Padang Wicaksono, S.E., Ph.D, expressed his high appreciation for Putri’s achievements. “I congratulate Putri on the title she won as the main Most Outstanding Student of UI at the diploma level. This is one of the major achievements for UI Vocational. We hope that Putri can undergo the next selection at the national level smoothly and make UI proud,” said Padang.

The UI Achievement Most Outstanding Student Selection consists of a judge including: Prof. Dr. Ir. Riri Fitri Sari, M.Sc, M.M., Dr. Luckily Yuwono., Prof. Dr. R. Cecep Eka Permana, S.S., M.Sc., and Prof. drg. Risqa Rina Darwita, Ph.D., for the Paper Jury. In addition, Dr. Sitaresmi, M.Sc., Djauhari Jatus Sulichah, S.S., M.Sc., and Dr. Fuad Gani, S.S., M.A., for the English Judges.
While the assessment of the CVs of all participants was carried out by Dr. Teguh Kurniawan, S.Sos, M.Sc., Badrul Munir, Ph.D., Dr.Eng. Radon Dhelika., and Silvia Surini, M.Pharm.Sc., Apt., Ph.D. The Psychotest Judges included Farida Kurniawati, S.Psi., M.Sp.Ed., Ph.D., Psikolog., Nathanael Sumampouw, M.Psi., M.Sc., Psikolog, and Dra. Yudiana Ratna Sari. M.Si., Psikolog.
