Based on Announcement Number:PENG-01/UN2.F14.KGCV/HMI.01/2021 concerning Procedures for entering the Vocational Education Program Area of the University of Indonesia , we present the following procedures.
1. In good health
2. Access to the building through 3 doors, namely the entrance to building A, Building B, Building C
3. Activities that use the facilities and infrastructure of the Vocational Education Program, both offline Praktkum activities and other activities follow the following provisions:
- A. Monday-Friday: 09.00-15.00 WIB
Saturday: 08.00-12.00 WIB
Sunday there are no activities. - B. The permit for the use of facilities and infrastructure is addressed to the Deputy Director for Resources, Ventures and General Administration of the Vocational Education Program; and
- C. Show evidence of activities carried out in the Vocational Education Program in the form of physical (paper) or digital evidence.
4. Wash hands before entering the building and after visiting;
5. It is mandatory to wear a mask in the area of the Vocational Education Program.
6. Before entering the building, it is mandatory to check body temperature which is facilitated by the Covid 19 Vocational Education Program Task Force Officer. If the body temperature is more than 37.3°C, immediately follow the instructions of the COVID-19 Vocational Education Program Task Force.
7. After checking body temperature, it is mandatory to scan the QR Code PeduliLindung using the PeduliLindung application or applications such as Gojek/Shopee and others, which will be guided by the Officer.
8. When leaving the Vocational Education Program area, please check out the application used at check-in.
While in the area of the Vocational Education Program, you MUST pay attention to the following:
1. Apply proper coughing and sneezing etiquette, and not spitting carelessly;
2. Follow Strict Health Protocols on Eating and Drinking in the area of the Vocational Education Program;
3. Always maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 meters and no crowds are allowed;
4. Must follow signs when using the lift, the maximum lift capacity is 4 people;
5. It is forbidden to use the emergency stairway for access to and from the building, except for access up and down and in an emergency; and
6. Willing to receive a warning from officers if they do not comply with health protocols.
