Depok – The tourism study program held community service with women from the Beji neighborhood, Depok. The community service program with the theme “Community Service Socialization Activities: International Culinary Cooking Demonstrations” was carried out by lecturers of the tourism study program and tourism students class A class of 2017. This activity was held on 11-12 Apr 2019 at the hospitality laboratory, UI vocational education program. In the cooking demonstration of international cuisine, presenting a professional chef who is also a lecturer in the tourism study program Taufik Hidayat. The cuisine presented is original Indonesian cuisine, including moss pudding and butter pudding as well as skipjack rabeh grilled rice. It is hoped that we will continue to preserve food from Indonesia. Chef Taufik Hidayat often shows his great skills in cooking. The ingredients used for skipjack grilled rice include: rice, skipjack fish, turmeric, chili, lemongrass, lime leaves, tomatoes, salt, sugar. As for moss pudding and butter pudding, among others: agar agar, sugar, sugi leaves, pandan, coconut milk, eggs and butter.
