Depok – Tax Administration Study Program, Vocational Education Program, Universitas Indonesia collaborates with the Indonesian Young Tax Community (IYTC to hold the 8th TAXACTION 2020.This activity is community service through free tax consulting services, especially Personal Income Tax Returns (2019 Tax Year) for the UI academic community and the general public.
“The activity was carried out from 9 – 26 March 2020 in the form of a roadshow to faculties and administrative centers within the University of Indonesia. We open consultation counters at that location and are open to the public. ” Said Arie Widodo, MSM, Head of the UI Vocational Tax Administration Study Program.
The roadshow involved student and lecturer volunteers in providing consultations about filling out SPT and E-Filing. Dodo explained that from year to year, the enthusiasm of the community was always high. “For today, it will be held at the Faculty of Psychology UI and then will be continued to other faculties.” said Dodo. Dodo also explained that this was an effort to apply learning outcomes by going directly to help people solve problems / confusion regarding taxes and their reporting.
To expedite the consultation, taxpayers who come are expected to bring:
- Individual Taxpayers (WPOP) are required to bring an Identity Card, Family Card, and Proof of Withholding for all income received during one tax year
- Individual Taxpayers (WPOP) who own a business are required to bring a report on the results of their business activities
- Expert Obligators (Lawyers, Actuarial, Consultants, Appraisers, Doctors, etc.) are required to bring an attachment to the gross turnover every month for one tax year.
Vocational Education Program Universitas Indonesia provides education with a curriculum of 70% practice and 30% theory / concept so that the graduates produced are truly skilled and experts in their fields. The students that are graduates are also provided with a competency certificate from the National Professional Certification Agency.
