Reza together with practitioners from various professions in the communication industry, attended as instructors for one full semester. Call it Anis Illahi, Asep Sutresna, Bernaldi Pamuntjak, Chandra Novriadi, Hanny Nurahmawati, Harry Tanjung, Indra Jaya Sihombing, Muslikhin, Rahmat Edi Irawan (REI), Wida Septarini Wijayanti, and a series of names of other industry players.
Reza Rahardian, Fadhil Patra, Ngurah Rangga Wisesa, Devie Rahmawati, and Amelita Lusia, together became instructors of theory and practice in the Voice and Presentation Course. This course is designed to prepare students to have the ability to identify and practice sound and self-presentation techniques on a variety of media platforms. Reza will teach from September to December 2018.
As a practical class teacher, Reza and his team will guide students for 4 to 6 hours at each meeting. This teaching mechanism was created to ensure students can immediately practice the knowledge acquired, under the guidance of experts. In the 2016 curriculum, Vocational Program students are not allowed to have homework (PR), because the entire practice is carried out in a six-storey laboratory, which is available in Building C of the Vocational Program.

The teaching practices carried out by Reza are commonly practiced in developed countries. A number of world artists including Oscar winners such as Angelina Jolie, Alec Baldwin, James Franco, Kevin Spacey, Matthew McConaughey, Oprah Winfrey, Tyra Banks, have also devoted part of their time to teaching at various Universities of Higher Education and Vocational Programs in the United States and Europe .
The UI Vocational Program through the 3-2-1 curriculum provides opportunities for practitioners to teach not only within the UI campus but also in the offices of each industry player. “To prepare workers who are ready to be absorbed by the Industry, in semester 4 & 5, students fully study and practice directly in the industry. The instructors in the industry that we call these instructors, for two semesters will provide training, supervision and assessment (3P) to a number of courses taken by students in the two semesters, “said Devie, who also served as Coordinator of Broadcasting Specialization.
