Profession and Career Path for Graduates in Finance and Banking Administration Studies Program

Services: includes positions in call centers, teller and customer service. Serve customers, accept deposits / withdrawals, handle account opening, or check balances.

Marketing: covers part of Funding and Lending. They are referred as a Banker. Dealing with the customers, looking for incoming funds, offering credit or bank product, and others.

Operations: includes processing, settelement, and clearing. The job will be responsible for exit / entry of remittance, settlement of transactions, bonds and securities.

Support: includes administrative, legal and credit analyst.

Non-operational: includes the Human Resource Department, IT, compliance, risk management, product.

Positions in Banking Industry

Account Officer Development Program – AODP (The candidates will be educated as AO – Account Officer: then placed in all branches of the Bank in order to have a performance in line with the justification and rules as well as the bank’s target.).

Account Officer (AO) – Prepare and implement a plan for financing account to achieve the growing financing portfolio, transparent and beneficial for both the bank and the customer.

Service Quality Development and Motivation (SQ SPV) – (Coordinate the development for the improvement of service quality to the internal and external customers in a banking product)

Reviewers – Reviwee (Perform an analysis of all processes related to financing)

Network / Branch Performance (BP) (Analyze and responsible for improving the banking product quality and all branch networks).

Collection (Collector) – Perform billing directly to the customer and do the other things that are considered necessary in solving the financing in accordance with the procedures or in accordance with the Terms of Use of the Bank.

Reporting & Custody Staff – RCS (Perform data processing and make financing report for internal and external needs, in accordance with the standards / regulations applied.

Financing Administration (FA) – (disbursement of financing, insurance reporting, managing permits / documents that have matured, as a custody (dual control with Financing Document and Report). Verify the bank’s customer administration data and banking products.

Appraisal & Investigation (AI) – (Conduct the assurance appraisal and trade checking. Banking services and the eligibility of banking products user with the requirements and certain specific quota)

Legal Law – Legal Review towards the law of banking business system. They control, set and obey to the boundaries of rights and obligations between customers as banking products users and the bank itself.

Financing Support Supervisor (SPV FRS) – Ensure that all activities related to aspects of the Finance Support and in accordance with standard procedures policies applied and conduct activities of the quality control documentation and financing provided by the bank concerned.

Funding Officer (FO) – Conduct marketing activities of various banking products both funds and services to optimize the business of the branch office.

Operation Service Supervisor (SPV OPS) KCP (Supervise the job’s justification of Assistant Manager Operations (AMO) and Operations Manager (MO) in order to meet the bank’s target)

Assistant Manager Operations (AMO), Coordinate the implementation of the bank’s operations to support business growth by providing services and the best service, so the transaction from the customer at branch offices can be resolved properly and in accordance with the master plan’s justification.

Operations Manager (MO), Coordinate the implementation of the bank’s operations to support business growth by providing services and the best service, so the transaction from the customer (customer) in the Primary Branch Office can be completed properly and in accordance with the master plan’s justification.

Marketing Manager (MM), (Coordinate and supervise the teamwork of marketing activities in branch office to reach the target and bank’s plan effectively and efficiently.)

Branch Subsidiary Leader / Serves plan, coordinate and supervise all activities at the Branch Subsidiary Office, which includes the marketing and operational activities to ensure the achievement of the budgetary targets set out effectively and efficiently by the bank.
