The role of the guarantee industry is crucial in order to increase the growth of MSMEs and cooperatives which will have a direct impact on PDP growth and an increase in employment. Abdul Bari also said that the empowerment of MSMEs needed a guarantee institution as stated in Law No. 20 of 2008, namely:

  1. Chapter II Principles and Objectives Article 2 stipulates that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are based on environmental insight. What is meant by “environmental principles” is the principle of empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises which is carried out while still paying attention to and prioritizing the protection and maintenance of the environment.
  2. Chapter VI Article 20 provides that the Government and Regional Government facilitate business development by providing incentives for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to develop technology and environmental sustainability.

Jamkrindo’s Director of HRM, General and Compliance, Sulis Usdoko advised that students should not always hold on to the GPA but must be able to issue their creativity.

Leadership is very important in all aspects of life. Success is not judged by how high a student’s GPA is but seen from leadership abilities. Success is achieved if we can plan certain targets and have clear goals.

“Please be a strong leader and the best never last.” Said Sulis Usdoko.

The event closed with the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Jamkrindo Party and the Universitas Indonesia Vocational Education program.
